We respect your privacy. This page explains what this website collects and how Tallow Creek Cellars uses it.

Bookings and event sign-ups

When you book a tasting or tour, or sign up for an event, we receive your name, email address, phone number, how many are in your group and anything you tell us, such as an occasion. We use these only to run the booking: to confirm it, remind you the day before and contact you about changes. Tastings and tours are paid at the tasting room, so we do not take card numbers through this site for them.

Gift cards

When you buy a gift card, the payment is taken by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number. We keep the name and email you give us to send the card.

The club

If you ask to join the Tallow Club, we keep what you send in the form to set up your membership. Billing and shipping are handled in our club system, which has its own privacy policy and sends you a link.

The Tallow Creek letter

If you join the letter, or tick “Email me news and offers” when you book, we add your address to our mailing list and send about one email a month. Every message has a link to unsubscribe. The letter is for adults 21 and older.

Messages

What you send through our contact form goes to our inbox. We use it only to reply to you.

Information collected automatically

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.

Other services

Some pages load a map or other tools from other companies. They have their own privacy policies and load only when you use them.
