We open one bottle each from five vintages, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022, and pour them side by side with Tomás to see how the same rows taste in different years.
Seated at one long table with bread and cheese, about two hours. The $85 includes all five wines. Guests must be 21 or older.
