Tomás Reyes takes a small group into the barrel room with a wine thief and a tray of glasses. You will taste the 2025 Pinot Noir from two different barrels, a barrel of the new vintage that is still fermenting, and the Reserve before it is bottled.
It is a standing tasting for about 90 minutes in a cool room. Please wear shoes you do not mind getting wet. The $30 is paid at the door and is waived with four bottles.

Guests must be 21 or older with ID. There are a few steps into the barrel room.
